New Layout & Hayden Update!

Hayden is reportedly recovering postpartum depression with Wladimir Klitschko and their baby. The actress had decided to check herself into a treatment facility just last month.
“Hayden Panettiere is voluntarily seeking professional help at a treatment center,” her rep wrote in an official statement, according to Franchise Herald. “She is currently battling postpartum depression. She asks that the media respect her privacy during this time.”

Her “Nashville” co-star, Riley Smith, revealed to Us Weekly that her friend is doing “good” in the facility. “I texted her and wished her well,” she said. “She texted me right back and said, ‘I am awesome! Thanks!’ So, hopefully, she will be back on the set soon.”

Although Hayden Panettiere of “Nashville” cast and her fiance Wladimir Klitschko welcomed baby Kaya last December, she had admitted that things were not easy for her. As it would turn out, she was suffering from postpartum depression since giving birth to her daughter.

“I suffered a bit of postpartum depression,” Panettiere admitted, according to Daily Mail. “You are not alone or crazy, ladies!” Plus, she also opened up about her struggles with postpartum depression when she agreed to an interview on “LIve with Kelly and Michael.”

“When they tell you about postpartum depression, you think it is ‘I feel negative feelings towards my child. I want to injure or hurt my child!'” she said. “I have never ever had those feelings! Some women do! It is something that is completely uncontrollable! It is really painful. It is really scary! Women need a lot of support!”

Thankfully for Hayden Panettiere, she is getting loads of support from her fellow “Nashville” cast and her family, Wladimir Klitschko and their baby. That said, she has advised other women who have recently given birth to talk more about this condition, especially considering that postpartum depression affects a huge number of women.

Nashville Boss on Filming Without Hayden

DEADLINE: The storyline of Juliette’s postpartum emotional struggles plays eerily realistic. Was it informed by Hayden Panettiere’s real-life issues?
JOHNSON: Absolutely not. We incorporated Hayden’s pregnancy into the storyline last season, but we knew Juliette would have issues with motherhood and had always planned for her to struggle with her demons afterwards, including postpartum depression.

DEADLINE: How are you proceeding with filming the season without Hayden? Have you had to adjust storylines?
JOHNSON: It’s not the entire season, it’s just for now. And yes, we’ve had to make adjustments but it’s not uncommon for shows to have to make such accommodations when real life intervenes.

Nashville Set with Steven Tyler

This is going to be seriously cool! Steven Tyler is the latest celebrity to join the cast of Nashville, his rep confirms to Us Weekly.

The Aerosmith rocker joined a long list of Nashville guest stars including Christina Aguilera, Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, and Michelle Obama when he showed up on the set of the hit ABC drama to record his spot alongside series regular Hayden Panettiere who plays Juliette Barnes in the show.

Tyler, who wore an amazing silver ensemble for his small screen country moment, shared a snap of himself and Panettiere, 25, on set together via Twitter late on Tuesday, Aug. 18, showing off his awesome outfit and trademark scarf-covered mic stand.

“@haydenpanettier AND I GETTING A LITTLE “CRAZY” ON SET AT @Nashville_ABC YOU WONT WANT TO MISS THIS……#PATSYCLINE,” the long-haired rocker, 67, captioned the snap, giving a big hint at the song he’ll be performing on the show.
Tyler’s appearance on the musical drama follows the rocker’s recent mini-conversion to country music. In May he released his first country single, “Love Is Your Name,” which is the first song off his yet-to-be finished country album, an idea which came to him following a discussion with LeAnn Rimes.
“Country, to me, has always been oversimplified, by an accent, a truck, cowboy boots, a dirt road, a back porch,” the rocker told USA Today recently. “But I think it’s more about freedom and pride and hard work and the girl. And knowing everybody’s first name in town, you know? There were 1,200 people in my town when I grew up. That, to me, is country.”

For her part, Panettiere is a fan of welcoming celebrity guests onto her hugely popular show. Back in 2013 the mom-of-one revealed she had set her sights on a pretty unlikely star visitor. “I want P. Diddy to be on the show,” she told the Winnipeg Free Press. “I was like, ‘Let’s mix it up a bit, we could do a duet! That would be pressure!'”
