Hayden Panettiere arrived in Los Angeles with very precious cargo on Tuesday. The 27-year-old Nashville actress cradled her adorable two-year-old Kaya as she strolled out of the airport….
Hayden is reportedly recovering postpartum depression with Wladimir Klitschko and their baby. The actress had decided to check herself into a treatment facility just last month.
“Hayden Panettiere is voluntarily seeking professional help at a treatment center,” her rep wrote in an official statement, according to Franchise Herald. “She is currently battling postpartum depression. She asks that the media respect her privacy during this time.”
Her “Nashville” co-star, Riley Smith, revealed to Us Weekly that her friend is doing “good” in the facility. “I texted her and wished her well,” she said. “She texted me right back and said, ‘I am awesome! Thanks!’ So, hopefully, she will be back on the set soon.”
Although Hayden Panettiere of “Nashville” cast and her fiance Wladimir Klitschko welcomed baby Kaya last December, she had admitted that things were not easy for her. As it would turn out, she was suffering from postpartum depression since giving birth to her daughter.
“I suffered a bit of postpartum depression,” Panettiere admitted, according to Daily Mail. “You are not alone or crazy, ladies!” Plus, she also opened up about her struggles with postpartum depression when she agreed to an interview on “LIve with Kelly and Michael.”
“When they tell you about postpartum depression, you think it is ‘I feel negative feelings towards my child. I want to injure or hurt my child!'” she said. “I have never ever had those feelings! Some women do! It is something that is completely uncontrollable! It is really painful. It is really scary! Women need a lot of support!”
Thankfully for Hayden Panettiere, she is getting loads of support from her fellow “Nashville” cast and her family, Wladimir Klitschko and their baby. That said, she has advised other women who have recently given birth to talk more about this condition, especially considering that postpartum depression affects a huge number of women.
It’s reported that Hayden has voluntarily checked herself into a treatment centre, to get support for her postpartum depression. Hayden gave birth to her daughter Kaya ten months ago and has openly admitted to suffering with the condition.
Hayden’s father Skip told Life & Style: “She will be fine“.
A source added that the 26-year-old had been receiving outpatient treatment for weeks, but Hayden decided to admit herself to a facility in Malibu when she recognised how serious her issues were.
Hayden we wish you well, always. You’re an inspiation to us all!
Hayden Panettiere’s fiancé Wladimir Klitschko thinks she’s ”the best mom,” and says their daughter has helped them form a connection ”better than any marriage.”
Hayden Panettiere’s fiancé thinks she’s ”the best mom.” Wladimir Klitschko admits his life has changed completely since the ‘Nashville’ actress, 25, gave birth to their eight-week-old daughter, Kaya, in December and says their baby girl has helped them form a connection ”better than any marriage.”
Asked about fatherhood, the Ukrainian boxer said: ”It changed my life completely. I’m so happy to have Hayden in my life. She’s the best mom I could even imagine. She’s a true, amazing mom.” The couple, who got engaged in March 2013, have no immediate plans to get married.
The 38-year-old fighter told UsMagazine.com: ”Now is for now — when people get married there are different things they promise to each other and I understand the promising part, but I think [having] children is something that connects you until the end of your days no matter what. And I think that, Kaya, our daughter, has connected us forever. And that’s the most amazing thing. Everything else is coming, it’s something that needs to be planned…but as I said, the connection with the child is better than any marriage!”
The couple aren’t getting a lot of sleep at the moment, but Wladimir claims Kaya’s smile gives him ”a boost of energy.”
He said: ”She can communicate with her eyes and smile. Even if you’re tired and haven’t slept enough, when you look at your child’s eyes, [it’s like], ‘For you, little angel, I’m going to do everything! Literally everything.’ I don’t know what appreciation she’s expressing but it’s something like, ‘Thank you for being here in my life, Dad, and being around.’ It’s something that gives you a boost of energy.”
After her big splash on People Magazine, Hayden Panettiere has disappeared into a deep hibernation with her baby Kaya. But it looks like her soon-to-be-husband Wladimir Klitschko is fighting hard to keep his career afloat against Bryant Jennings.
Let’s hope that ‘Nashville’ star isn’t getting postpartum depression or getting frustrated by the lack of improvement in her body post birth.
With Wladimir Klitschko getting distracted by his upcoming fight with Bryant Jennings, it’s possible that ‘Nashville’ star may be feeling a little neglected.
It’s hard work for all mothers to brace themselves for motherhood and face the permanent changes pregnancy make on their body. Although Wladimir Klitschko and her baby Kaya are there to support her, sometimes they may not be enough to stop the downward spiral! With rumors about ABC canceling ‘Nashville’ after season 3, that must be a lot for Hayden to handle.
Hayden Panettiere and Wladimir Klitschko greeted their baby in back in December 2014. According to E! Online, the ‘Nashville’ star said, “She’s a great baby…as long as her bottomless pit of a stomach is fed.”
She continued, “She’s an amazing combination of both of us. I look at her and say, ‘Oh, she has my ears!’ And he goes, ‘Oh, she better be tall because she’s got my hands and feet.'”
As for adjusting to the new role that she has to play as a mother, ‘Nashville’ star said that this all has been “such a surreal experience and so out of body.”
“You’re suddenly looking at this little thing like, ‘Oh, that was you in my belly this whole time.’ [We’re] just getting to know her.”
All the other mothers could also relate to the suffering that Hayden Panettiere is going through physically. She said, “I’m limping around. I’m still trying to figure out what [pregnancy] has done to my body, how it’s changed it, what’s temporary and what’s permanent. I feel like an 80-year-old woman trying to go down the stairs, you know?” the bride-to-be joked. “Please tell me this is temporary. But I know some things will never be the same again.”
It looks like ‘Nashville’ star tried to joke off some of the more serious implications of carrying a child in her, but the physical damages are nothing to laugh about.
